Up Board Result: Sitapur Girl Tops High School, Mahoba Lad Tops Intermediate | Allahabad News – Times of India



PRAYAGRAJ: This year’s result of class 10 and 12 of UP Secondary Education Board brought smiles on the faces of students from the smaller towns of the state. Be it class 10 or 12, the meritorious students of smaller towns like Mahoba, Sitapur, Pilibhit, Kanpur Dehat, Ayodhya etc have proved their mettle by winning the race and bagging top positions in the overall merit list of Board exams, results of which was announced on Tuesday.
In the results of class 10, Priyanshi Soni of Sita Bal Vidya Mandir Inter College, Mahmudabad, Sitapur topped the Highschool exam by scoring 98.33% marks. She scored 590 out of 600. Likewise, the second place was shared by Kushagra Pandey of Arya Bhatt Vidya Mandir highschool, Mangalapur, Kanpur Dehat and Mishkat Noor of Canossa Convent Girls Inter college, Ayodhya.
Likewise, in terms of class 12th result, a young lad from Mahoba, Shubh Chapra of Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College, Charkhari topped the exam by scoring 97.80%. He scored 489 out of the grand total of 500 marks. The second place was shared by two students, Saurabh Gangwar of SVMIC Bisalpur, Pilibhit and Anamika of CHS Singh Inter College Jaswant Nagar Etawah. Both scored 97.20% marks.
In terms of class 10, the third place has been shared by three students, Krishna Jha of BKGS Inter college, Parkhan, Mathura, Arpit Gangwar of SVMIC Bisalpur, Pilibhit and Shreyshi Singh of Raj Montessor Inter College, Semari, Sultanpur. All these three students have scored 97.67% marks which is 586 out of the grand total of 600.
In class 12th result, the third rank is shared between three students which are Priyanshu Upadhyay of SBMIC Raghuvanshpuram, Fatehpur, Khushi of SSIC, Mustafapur Husenganj, Fatehpur and Supriya of SPRIC Bansi Siddharth Nagar. All these three students have scored 97% marks. The fourth position is shared by five students including Shiva of Etawah, Piyush Tomar of Kannauj, Subhashna of Prayagraj, Bikram Singh of Fatehpur and Nikhil Tiwari of Fatehpur.
Interestingly, this year 179 students are there in top 10 positions in class 10 board results. Likewise, there are 253 students in the list of top 10 position holders in class 12 board exam.
In class 10, 79 candidates were those who were imprisoned in different jails of the state. Of these 62 candidates appeared in the exam and 59 of them were successful in class 10 board. Likewise, in class 12, 90 candidates were those who were imprisoned in different jails of the state and have registered in class 12 exam. Out of which 65 appeared in the exam and 45 of them cleared class 12 Board.
