Iit (bhu) Organises First Hindi Seminar | Varanasi News – Times of India



Varanasi: In the light of the National Education Policy, 2020, a one-day national seminar was organised in Hindi based on the topic “Updated Technology of Pharmaceutical Science: Present and Future” at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Varanasi on Saturday.
Addressing the inaugural function, the vice-chancellor of Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, Dr Sanjay Singh said that people will benefit from the session organised about healthy living and use of coarse grains. Former head of the department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Dr HS Gaur Central University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, Prof Narendra Kumar Jain said that this is probably the first national seminar on pharmaceutical engineering in the country that is being conducted in Hindi.
Presiding over the function, the director of IIT (BHU), Prof Pramod Kumar Jain said “Under the New Education Policy 2020, the main objective is to provide education in our mother tongue Hindi, and other regional languages.” The seminar was attended by the dean (R&D), Prof. Vikas Kumar Dubey, dean (student welfare), Prof. Lal Pratap Singh, & others.
