The G7 Summit is an annual gathering of world leaders, including those of the European Union (EU) and its member states. Japan is playing the host for this year’s G-7 conference, Each member of the G7 gets the presidency on a rotational basis. Off-late, leaders from a few non-G7 nations and international organisations have also been invited to take part in some sessions.
