Exclusive: Stellantis India’s Rahul Pansare to join Skoda Auto Volkswagen India – Times of India

In an exclusive scoop, we have learned that Stellantis India’s Head of Marketing & PR Rahul Pansare is all set to move on to Skoda Auto Volkswagen India. As per our sources, Pansare has resigned from his post at Stellantis India after serving a little over seven years. However, the move is yet to be officially announced by the brand.
Pansare joined Stellantis India as the Head of Marketing Communications in April 2016, and was promoted to Head, Marketing & PR in February 2018. Coincidentally, he was the Head of Marketing Communications at Volkswagen India between January 2015 and April 2016. Pansare was with VW India for over six and a half years, and now moves on to the manufacturer’s parent conglomerate in the country.

Earlier this year, Skoda Auto India saw its Head of Marketing, Tarun Jha and Head of Sales (India) Ajay Raghuvanshi move on from the Czech car manufacturer. Despite the recent exits of some top-level executives, Skoda Auto Volkswagen is currently enjoying its highest ever sales volumes in the country, thanks to the introduction of the INDIA 2.0 Project that resulted in four significant product launches – Skoda Kushaq, Slavia, Volkswagen Taigun and Virtus.

Volkswagen also recently announced a host of new models at the 2023 annual brand conference, including the Virtus GT with a manual transmission, black colour option for both Taigun and Virtus, Taigun GT with a matte paint scheme, off-road inspired Taigun GT Trail and a more affordable Taigun GT Sport.
