Prayagraj: The deputy chief minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Sunday held a meeting with all the aspirants who had sought party ticket to contest the election for mayoral post. Maurya interacted with all aspirants and said, “BJP workers and leaders should welcome party’s decision”. He also assured that party would assign other role and responsibilities to those who were denied ticket to contest election on mayoral post. Maurya said party leaders and workers should work hard to ensure triumph of party’s mayoral and corporator candidates in urban local body polls. Maurya also discussed ward wise strategy of party leaders and workers to ensure party’s win in the Prayagraj Nagar Nigam.
