Kia Sonet Aurochs Edition launched in India at Rs 11.85 lakh – Times of India

Kia India recently launched the Sonet Aurochs Edition in India at a starting price of Rs 11.85 lakh (ex-showroom). The Kia Sonet Aurochs Edition is based on the HTX variant and sits between the HTX and HTX+ variants in the line-up. Check out the pricing here –

Kia Sonet Aurochs Edition: Design
Kia is offering the Sonet Aurochs Edition with cosmetic upgrades, such as a muscular front and rear skid plate, door sills, centre wheel caps and tangerine inserts on the front bumper. Moreover, the SUV has also received Aurochs badging in a tangerine accent. It is offered in four colour options – Aurora Black Pearl, Sparkling Sliver, Gravita Grey and Glacier White Pearl.
On the inside, the Kia Sonet Aurochs Edition remains unchanged. Some key interior features include an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, automatic climate control, automatic LED headlamps, a single-pane sunroof, cruise control and rear AC vents.

Kia Sonet Aurochs Edition: Engine
The Kia Sonet Aurochs Edition draws power from a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, producing 120hp/172Nm and a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine, generating 116hp/250Nm. Both engines are mated to the six-speed iMT, while the petrol engine is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and the diesel engine is mated with a six-speed automatic gearbox.
