The Urus S is an evolution of the standard Urus, it retains the muscular design of the outgoing SUV with some changes in the front bumper and rear bumper design. The wheel arches have been tweaked and the carbon fibre hood is now painted to match the body colour in the Urus S. The SUV also gets a metal skid plate on the front and new finish options for the 21-inch to 23-inch wheel choices. The Urus S also get updated interior themes to choose from. Leather and trim elements variety have been updated as well for added personalisation. It also offers a wide array of connected features such as geofencing, valet mode and more for added convenience.
While the Urus S is supposed to be more civilised when compared to the Performante, it still gets the same 4.0-litre, twin-turbocharged Lamborghini engine, which produces 657 hp and 850 Nm of torque. The power is delivered to all four wheels via an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. It also gets a limited-slip differential and dynamic torque distribution for each wheel. This gives the almost 2.2-tonne Urus S a 0-100 kmph time of just 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 305 kmph. In comparison, the Urus Performante does 0-100 kmph in just 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of 306 kmph.

The standard 21-inch wheels are wrapped in Pirelli P ZERO tyres and it gets 440 mm front carbon ceramic brake discs (CCB) and 370 mm rear carbon ceramic brake discs. Including the reserve, the Urus S has a fuel tank capacity of 85 litres.
